Kirk Spring, President
Kirk Spring is Thales TCT's President. As President, Kirk is focused on expanding Thales TCT’s portfolio of data security products, creating an innovative work environment, and establishing Thales TCT as a leader in the U.S. Federal market for providing high quality products and world class customer support.
Kirk has been with Thales TCT since its creation in January 2015. Previously, Kirk spent 14 years with SafeNet, Inc., most recently as Vice President of Technology in SafeNet Inc.’s CTO office. In this role, he developed leading-edge data security technologies for customers in the U.S. Department of Defense. Before joining SafeNet Inc., Kirk held lead technical roles at several defense contractors developing next generation cryptographic equipment and integrated circuits.
Scott Litrenta, Controller
Scott Litrenta is Thales TCT's Controller. He is responsible for Thales TCT’s financial organization overseeing the company’s financial and facilities operations.
Scott has been with Thales TCT since its creation in January 2015. Previously, Scott spent five years with SafeNet, Inc. where he held the position of Senior Director of Accounting and Treasury Operations. Scott has held positions at Intelsat, Digex and AT&T. Scott is a CPA and holds Master degrees in Taxation from Seton Hall University and Business Administration from Loyola University of MD.
Nick Jovanovic, Senior Vice President of Sales
Nick Jovanovic is Thales TCT's Senior VP of Sales. He leads Thales TCT's sales, sales engineering, and business development organizations responsible for Thales TCT's growth and customer success. Nick additionally leads Thales CPL's U.S. Federal sales organization.
Nick has more than 20 years of experience as a technology expert with familiarity in a broad spectrum of data storage and security technologies. He has successfully led teams in the design and implementation of enterprise infrastructure and security solutions for high profile organizations like Department of State, Joint Staff, DoD CIO, US Army Human Resources Command, DoD Mark Center, Defense Health Agency, US Intelligence Community, and many more.
Brent Hansen, Chief Technology Officer
Brent Hansen is Thales TCT’s Chief Technology Officer. Brent leads Thales TCT’s sales engineering organization and spends the majority of his time evangelizing and strategizing on data-centric approaches for federal agencies looking to avert being the next victim of a data breach.
Brent brings over 19 years of IT experience in data and enterprise architecture, data warehousing, big data, and business intelligence. He is an industry expert in data encryption and tokenization. He leads teams that architect security strategies to secure and protect sensitive data for both federal government and large commercial enterprises across the globe.
Rob Hechler, Vice President of Operations
Rob Hechler is Thales TCT's Vice President of Operations. Rob leads Thales TCT’s operations, supply chain, customer support, and IT organizations and is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through their post-sale experience.
Rob has been with Thales TCT since its creation in January 2015. Previously, Rob spent over 20 years with SafeNet Inc. most recently serving as the company’s Senior Director of Supply Chain & Hardware Quality Assurance. In this role, he was responsible for hardware quality assurance for all of SafeNet’s contract manufacturers. Rob has also held positions with AT&T and Cray Communications.
Bill Becker, Vice President of Product Management
Bill Becker is Thales TCT's Vice President of Product Management. Bill oversees Thales TCT’s cryptographic key management product line and ensures that the company’s products meet the needs of its U.S. Federal customer base. Bill has spent nearly 30 years developing technology in support of cyber security and government initiatives.
Bill has been with Thales TCT since its creation in January 2015. Previously, he spent 18 years with SafeNet, Inc. most recently serving as a Technical Architect in the CTO’s office. In this role, he supported government-related business by focusing on transitioning traditional data security products to new virtual and cloud based architectures. Bill has also held positions at Northrop Grumman/Westinghouse.
Lloyd Mitchell, Vice President, Technology
Lloyd Mitchell is Thales TCT's Vice President of Engineering. Lloyd leads Thales TCT’s engineering and innovation teams in developing and enhancing new and existing cyber security solutions for the U.S. Federal market.
Lloyd has been with Thales TCT since its creation in January 2015. Previously, Lloyd spent over 20 years with SafeNet Inc. most recently serving as a Chief Architect. During his tenure with the company, he has grown a deep practical experience in data and network security through building products that secure corporate and national interests.
Kristin Jazwiecki, Director of Human Resources
Kristin Jazwiecki is Thales TCT's Director of Human Resources. Kristin leads Thales TCT’s human resources organization and oversees the company’s employee policy, benefits and recruiting efforts.
Kristin has been with Thales TCT since its creation in January 2015. Prior to joining Thales TCT, Kristin spent the last five years with ADP as a Human Resource Business Partner. She has also held positions at Alliance Inc.
Alison Maine, Director of Marketing
Alison Maine is Thales TCT's Director of Marketing. Alison leads Thales TCT’s marketing organization and is responsible for the company’s communications, branding, demand generation, and content creation efforts.
Alison has been with Thales TCT since its creation in January 2015. Previously, she spent the last few years with SafeNet, Inc. most recently leading the company’s U.S. Federal field marketing efforts. Alison has also held positions supporting the U.S. Federal market at immixGroup and IBM.
